CV4DC Workshop
Our flagship program: a full-day workshop co-located with a major computer vision conference, featuring invited talks, oral and poster presentations, a panel discussion and a mentoring session.
CV4DC Challenge
A community challenge on resource-constrained computer vision for developing-region applications, with results presented at the annual workshop.
Mentoring Session
A dedicated session at each workshop where junior researchers receive one-on-one feedback on their work and career paths from senior researchers in the field.

Past editions have featured disease detection in low-quality medical scans, road-safety assessment from low-cost cameras, crop disease and agricultural monitoring, livestock health monitoring, school mapping for connectivity, remote sensing, and OCR for underrepresented scripts — alongside method work on efficient architectures, data-efficient and self-supervised learning, robustness to domain shift, and multilingual vision–language models.
